FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND HANDOFFS
The right responsibilities.
A shared plan of work.
These are delivery functions, not a representation of four staffed positions. Contributors and providers are identified and confirmed in the agreed scope.
01Founder & Engagement Lead
One accountable point of contact.
Ivan leads the client relationship, defines the scope, coordinates deliverables, communicates risks, and tracks decisions and next steps. Responsibilities, review points, and communication expectations are agreed before work begins.
02CMMC Specialist Review
Specialist judgment, scoped where needed.
Where an engagement requires additional CMMC expertise, the proposal identifies the review responsibilities and required qualifications. Any additional reviewer is confirmed before the relevant work begins; specialist involvement is not assumed in every engagement.
03Documentation & Evidence Support
Working materials tied to your environment.
Assessment findings, SSP and policy updates, evidence inventories, and remediation tracking are assigned within the scope. This work may be founder-led or performed by a confirmed practitioner, with clear responsibilities for client input and review.
04Technical Implementation
Technical work with clear ownership.
Configuration changes, engineering, vulnerability scanning, and other technical remediation are performed by your internal team or a separately scoped provider. Technical responsibilities, dependencies, and supporting evidence are agreed in advance.
Your proposal makes the boundaries clear.
Continuum coordinates compliance assessments, documentation, evidence, and readiness activities. Technical implementation and official assessment fees are separately scoped where applicable. Official CMMC certification assessments must be performed by appropriately authorized or accredited assessment organizations.
