CONTINUUM CONSULTING & SERVICES

Website privacy notice

Business inquiries

When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, business email, company, and contact consent. You may also choose to provide your job title, company size, target timing, preferred contact method, phone number, and a brief description of your needs. Email is the default contact method unless you select phone. We store your contact consent, a request reference, and submission time. We use these details to review your inquiry, coordinate scheduling, and discuss suitable services. A request does not automatically book a meeting or create a consulting engagement.

External consultation booking

Our booking buttons link to Continuum’s Calendly page. Calendly opens in a separate tab; we do not embed its scheduling widget on this website or automatically send form details, questionnaire answers, or campaign labels to it. Information you choose to enter on Calendly is processed by Calendly under its privacy notice and is used by Continuum to coordinate the meeting. Check the booking page for available times and scheduling details. Do not provide CUI, FCI, credentials, or sensitive system information when booking.

A consultation request submitted on this website is a separate way to request contact and does not book a meeting. We have not configured booking-completion tracking or a booking webhook on this website.

Readiness questionnaire

You can view an educational readiness summary and download your discussion guide without providing an email address. Answers remain in your browser unless you explicitly choose to include them with a consultation request. If you choose that option, high-level business answers may be kept temporarily in this tab’s session storage and are sent with the form when you submit it. Do not enter sensitive materials in the questionnaire or contact form.

Campaign attribution

When you submit a form with contact consent, we may store limited campaign identifiers from the page URL, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term, the service you selected, and whether you chose to share questionnaire answers. Sanitized campaign labels may follow links between pages in the URL. We store them with a submitted inquiry only after contact consent; optional analytics has a separate consent control. These labels help us understand which business campaigns generate inquiries. We do not intentionally collect full referring URLs, search strings unrelated to campaign identifiers, or email addresses through analytics.

Optional website analytics

Analytics is off by default. The inline analytics control at the bottom of the website lets you opt in, decline, or withdraw consent. If enabled, our own hosted system records a limited set of page visits, service-page visits, consultation CTA clicks, external booking-link clicks, questionnaire starts and completions, and successful form submissions, together with a random session identifier, the page path, limited campaign fields, and a timestamp. We do not record questionnaire answers, contact details, or free-text form content in analytics events. An external booking-link click is not a completed booking. The website does not currently record completed consultation bookings.

The analytics preference is stored in your browser so it can be respected on later visits. An optional analytics session and campaign fields are kept in session storage when analytics is enabled. Turning analytics off stops future optional events from this browser. It does not automatically delete previously stored events. Browser privacy signals requesting no tracking are respected.

Hosting and access

Requests and consented analytics events are stored in the website’s hosted database. Providers that host and secure the website may process technical information needed to deliver their services. Hosting and access providers may separately process technical or sign-in information under their own policies. This website does not add advertising trackers or sell inquiry information.

Do not submit sensitive artifacts

This is a public business-inquiry website. Do not submit CUI, FCI, credentials, contract documents, network diagrams, or sensitive system information. Client materials must be exchanged using a separately agreed process.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

Use the consultation request form to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Include your reference if available and a brief, non-sensitive description. We will need to verify the request before acting. You can also use that form to ask about previously recorded analytics information and any identifiers you can provide from your own browser.
