BUILT AROUND YOUR ENGAGEMENT

Know what is needed.
Keep the work moving.

Your view reflects your assigned role and the materials your practitioner has released. Here is how the workspace supports the work.

01

Know what needs your attention

See released action items, responsible contacts, due dates, and blockers. Submit progress for your practitioner to review.

02

Respond to evidence requests

Follow requirement-specific instructions and submit a link, version, and collection date from your approved evidence repository.

03

Review the right document version

Read released deliverables, request changes, and acknowledge or approve the exact version when your assigned role allows it.

04

Move remediation forward

Follow shared findings and corrective actions. Report implementation progress, flag blockers, and request retesting with supporting evidence.

05

Keep decisions and dates connected

Ask engagement questions, review milestones, confirm scope, and request changes as your environment or priorities evolve.

06

See reviewed readiness results

View released scorecards, documented risks, coverage, and next steps. Compare past releases when the baseline and scope match.

EVIDENCE & REPORTING

Evidence files stay in your approved repository. The portal holds requests, references, and non-sensitive coordination details. Reviewed scorecards support readiness planning; they are not official certification decisions.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO DELIVERY

A clear start.
A shared plan from there.

  1. 01

    Discuss the need

Share your business goals, customer requirements, timing, and current challenges in an introductory discovery call.

  2. 02

    Agree on the scope

Technical discovery informs a written proposal with deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, timing, and pricing.

  3. 03

    Connect your team

Use your work email and MFA, create your client profile, and receive approved access to your assigned engagement.

  4. 04

    Collaborate and review

Respond to released requests, review documents, track corrective actions, and use reviewed results to guide the next step.

Contact Continuum
How do I access the client portal?

Select Client portal and use your approved work email to sign in or create an account with email and MFA. Add your name and company to your client profile. Continuum verifies your relationship and assigns engagement access; registration alone does not unlock client records.

What can my team see and do?

Your assigned role and engagement access determine which released items you can see and which actions you can take. Contributors can submit assigned work and evidence references; approvers can review documents and confirm scope. Client administrators can request team access changes for Continuum to approve.

Do we upload sensitive evidence to the portal?

Keep evidence files in the repository approved for your engagement. The portal coordinates requests, evidence references, and non-sensitive summaries. Do not paste CUI, credentials, secrets, or raw vulnerability details into portal fields. Confirm the intended use and repository access during kickoff.

Is the scorecard an official CMMC result?

No. Readiness and risk scorecards support planning and show a reviewed release, which may still identify incomplete work. They are not a certification or an official assessment decision. Official CMMC certification assessments must be performed by appropriately authorized or accredited assessment organizations.

Is this consulting or a software subscription?

Continuum provides scoped consulting and managed compliance services supported by a client workspace. Your proposal defines the services, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and portal access for the engagement. Opening an account does not purchase a service or begin an assessment.

What if my engagement is missing?

Check that you used the work email approved by your engagement lead. Your account may still need verification, an engagement assignment, or an access renewal. Contact your engagement lead with your registered email; do not send passwords or authentication codes.
